From Keflavík International Airport to our KúKú office
You can book a shuttle bus with us - for FREE - yes, KúKú friend! It will take you directly from Keflavík airport to our KúKú office - we offer pickup from the airport every hour from 8 am to 6 pm. You need to book it in advance, just like the entry to the Blue Lagoon.
To do so, it's super simple: Just select the option "Free Shuttle to KúKú Office" in the "Pick-up Location" when booking, then select the time you would like to be picked up and move along with the next steps of your reservation! As simple as saying KúKú... right?!
You will meet one of our KúKú staff members in the arrival hall, just after customs. He/She will be holding a sign saying KúKú Campers so you can easily recognize us. In the meanwhile, you will receive a confirmation with the details of your pickup as soon as you are done booking! So don't wait any longer, book your free shuttle now and let your campervan adventure begin!
From our KúKú office to Keflavík Airport - we drive you back to the airport (during opening hours)
We also offer a free shuttle bus from our office to Keflavík airport, after you have returned.
It leaves from our office to the airport every hour from 7.45 am to 5.45 pm. But make sure to book your ride at pickup.
To do so, it works just like explained above: Select the option "Free Shuttle to Keflavik Airport" in the "Drop-off Location" when booking, then select the time you would like to be dropped off and move along with the next steps of your reservation!
Hotel pickup and dropoff... We got you covered!
Our staff is incredibly fun, yes... we know that! But they're also really sweet! They will come and pick you up from your hotel in Keflavík so you don't need to struggle walking under the wind and rain with all your bags to get to us.
You can just request it when you make your booking online by choosing the "Free Shuttle to KúKú office" and add a comment to your reservation to specify where we need to pick you up from. If you don't know yet in which hotel you'll be staying at, just send us an email when you've booked it and we will add your request to your booking!
Same process at returns, if you need to be dropped off to your hotel in Keflavík after you have returned the camper, no problem.
Just book the "Free Shuttle to KEF airport" and let us know where you would like to be dropped off :)
Returning the camper at the airport area:
If you wish to hunt the northern lights and not waste time on a taxi during the night, there is an option to drop off the camper at the airport directly for 75€ fee. However, you can only do it outside our office opening hours!
All the necessary information will be provided to you at the office :)
This is how you should leave the car behind at the airport area:
1. Park your kuku camper at Geysir car rental.
2. Remove all personal belongings and throw away the trash.
3. Take photos of your vehicle from all angles and email them to us at bookings@kukucampers.is
4. Enter geysir car rental and leave the keys in the drop box located in the reception hall. (See image nr 2)
